- The vast majority of orders ship from our West Michigan warehouse and the rest direct ship from the manufacturer.
- In stock products ordered by 3:00-4:30 pm EST can ship same day.
- Our shipping department over boxes most shipments to protect the product from being damaged.
- Expedite service levels (1 day Overnight, 2 day & 3 day Express Saver) will appear in your cart with their associated costs.
- Ground service levels (1-5 days Ground, 2-7 days FedEx Ground Economy-Smart Post & 2-10 days UPS SurePost) will appear in your cart with their associated costs.
- Large orders ship via Truck.
- Please note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

Free Shipping:
Some of our products ship for free and for those products, a $0 shipping method will appear in your cart (i.e., all Solaira, Wrap-On, Pirit, Infratech, Nuheat & WarmlyYours orders and all large Qmark, TPI and King Electric orders ship free.) We typically use UPS or FedEx Ground for free shipping orders, but your order may ship via Truck, USPS, FedEx Ground Economy or UPS SurePost.
Collect Shipments:
If you would like us to ship on your UPS or FedEx Established Shipping Account #, enter it in the "Order Comment" box on the Payment Page. We will zero out the shipping cost on your order.
Store Pickup (Will Call):
If you are in the West Michigan area, and would like to come to the Mor Electric Heating Customer Counter, let us know in the "Order Comment" box on the Payment Page. We will zero out the shipping cost on your order. Pickup your order, M-F 8am-5pm at 5880 Alpine Ave. NW, Comstock Park, MI 49321.
Colorado:
Due to the complexities of the 2018 Colorado Sales Tax collection requirements for out of state retailers, we are no longer accepting orders with a Colorado shipping address. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you enter a Colorado zip code, no shipping methods will appear on the checkout page. If you are a Colorado business eligible to make a non-taxable purchase and you have a valid sales tax exemption certificate to send us, please call and we will set your company up in our system to place internet, phone or fax orders with no tax.

Canadian Customers:
All FedEx and UPS Saver/Expedited shipments to Canada INCLUDE the customs clearance charge in the shipping rate charged by Mor Electric Heating Assoc., Inc. UPS Standard shipments do NOT include customs clearance charges (brokerage). Additionally, any duties and taxes due on all shipments will be billed directly to the package recipient from UPS or FedEx and are the responsibility of the package recipient.
